By accessing or using the Bitramp SaaS cryptocurrency exchange platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
2. Definitions
"Account" – the contractual arrangement wherein a User has accepted these Terms and completed the registration and verification process.
"Services" – cryptocurrency exchange and related SaaS services provided through the Platform.
"Personal Data" – information that identifies an individual as defined under GDPR.
"Transaction" – any exchange or conversion of cryptocurrency or fiat currency through the Platform.
3. Services
Bitramp provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables registered Users to exchange cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Services are provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
4. Registration and Verification
To use the Services, you must register for an Account, provide accurate information, and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification process. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any Account if you fail to meet our compliance requirements.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensure that all funds used are from legitimate sources.
- Refrain from engaging in prohibited activities such as fraud, money laundering, hacking, or other illegal conduct.
6. Fees and Taxes
We may charge fees for certain transactions as specified on our website. All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in connection with your use of the Services.
7. Intellectual Property

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for breach of these Terms or for compliance reasons. You may close your Account by providing written notice and settling any outstanding obligations.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.
